Fergus Mangan
Head of Lending
Fergus Mangan has extensive banking and debt management experience, particularly in residential development lending. Prior to joining HBFI, Fergus managed a team in NAMA’s residential delivery division with responsibility for a number of NAMA’s largest developers and worked in various roles in Ulster Bank’s property finance and corporate banking divisions. Fergus holds a Bachelor of Arts from UCD and an MBS (International Business) from Smurfit Graduate Business School.
