The website at https://www.hbfi.ie (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Home Building Finance Ireland (“we”, “us” and/or “HBFI”). HBFI is incorporated pursuant to the Home Building Finance Ireland Act 2018.
HBFI is a single member designated activity company limited by shares incorporated and registered in Ireland (registered numbed 639272) whose registered office is located at Treasury Dock, N Wall Quay, Dublin 1, D01 A9T8. The Site is provided from Ireland for all eligible and interested corporate entities applying for finance from HBFI for the purposes of developing residential housing schemes in Ireland. This Site is aimed at businesses and by using this Site you are agreeing that you are acting in the course of business and not as a consumer.
The product criteria set out on the Site are indicative only and are subject to change. HBFI will assess each loan application in good faith and on its own merits and any agreement for finance entered into will be subject to separate terms and conditions.
Should you wish to discuss a lending proposal or if you have any feedback for HBFI, you are invited to submit an enquiry to HBFI.
When you submit an enquiry, you will receive an automated acknowledgment email from us containing your unique reference number. You must keep your unique reference number secure and confidential.
HBFI may at its discretion invite you submit a completed credit application on foot of initial engagement with the HBFI lending team.
All applications for finance are made subject to further terms and conditions and are subject to contract and our acceptance. HBFI reserves the right to refuse any application for finance.
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure that the content of this Site is available, accurate and up to date, the Site is provided “as is” and HBFI makes no representations or warranties in relation to the availability, accuracy or completeness of the content on this Site. The content on the Site is provided for information purposes only and is subject to change.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time. You should check these terms and conditions periodically for changes. By using the Site, you accept any changes to the terms and conditions. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be deemed to be applicable from their first date of publication on the Site.

To the extent that any loss suffered by you arising from your use of the Site cannot be excluded by applicable law, then the aggregate liability of HBFI for all such losses shall be limited to damages which shall not exceed five hundred euro (€500) in total.
