HBFI to present at Irish Home Builders Association (IHBA) Regional Housing Workshops 2019

HBFI is delighted to be invited to attend the forthcoming IHBA Regional Housing Workshops 2019, at 9 locations across the country.

This will be an opportunity to provide members of the IHBA with information in relation to the type of projects and level of funding that HBFI can provide to commercially viable housing developments.

HBFI has €750m of funding available and expects to be able to provide funding for up to 7,500 homes over a 5 year period. HBFI has the ability to raise further funding if demand requires it.

The workshops will provide members of the IHBA with an opportunity to ask questions and get further information on the HBFI minimum requirements, amounts that can be borrowed, loan term and indicative pricing. For further information please contact IHBA directly.
