HBFI’s Housing & Apartment Development Product, is designed to fund residential projects throughout Ireland with a loan requirement of €3m upward.
HBFI have a dedicated lending team, with a deep understanding of the home building sector to ensure support at every stage of the applicant's journey and a dedicated point of contact throughout.
The indicative Housing & Apartment Development Funding Product criteria are as follows:
- Loan Size from €3 million
- Gearing of up to 80% of the total cost of the development
- Up to 5 Year Term
- Margin of between 4.75% and 7.5% (over 3-month Euribor)
- Entry fee and exit fee of up to 1%
- Lending available throughout Ireland
Note: exit fee is waived if development is contracted for sale for full provision of social or affordable housing.
